  • Jewellery Materials: Our products are crafted using steel, designed to be anti-tarnish, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic.

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer/mobile screen's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Prepaid Orders Only: We accept payments via secure payment gateways using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All orders must be fully paid prior to dispatch. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative, and Zivy is not liable for minor delays caused by third-party logistics/courier services or uncontrollable external events.

Section 6 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns and replacements are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • We only accept replacement/refund requests for items that arrive physically damaged or incorrect, provided an unboxing video or clear proof is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cancellations are only permitted before the order has been dispatched.
